You will collaborate with passionate colleagues across the world and play a key role in expanding a product portfolio that supports more sustainable customer solutions.

If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, influence, and build deep product expertise—with a clear development path toward a Product Manager position—this could be the next step in your career!

Your Mission

Our Circular Services offering - including Custom Engineered Solutions (CES), Midlife Services, and Battery Conversions - is expanding rapidly. As a Global Product Specialist, you will be at the center of this growth.

Your mission is to become the go‑to product expert from a market and customer perspective, ensuring our offerings are competitive, customer‑focused, and continuously improving.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and develop strong relationships with our Customer Centers globally, acting as a key contact for product-related matters
  • Manage pricing, requests, quotations, and orders, ensuring accuracy, speed, and customer value
  • Lead and coordinate new product development initiatives, working cross‑functionally with engineering, sourcing, parts preparation, pricing, and distribution
  • Drive continuous improvements in quote and order processes, leveraging tools and close collaboration across the division
  • Play an active role in cross‑functional teams to ensure our products are competitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs
  • Prepare for and participate in customer and Customer Center visits, gathering insights that directly shape future product development

This is a hands‑on, visible role where your ideas and drive will make a real difference.

Your Profile

We believe you succeed by combining structure with curiosity and collaboration. To thrive in this role, you likely bring:

  • A university degree in Engineering, Mining, Business, or similar or equivalent competence through experience
  • Experience from a similar role, such as Product Specialist, Business Developer, or related positions
  • An interest in business development and growing product offerings, experience with underground and/or surface drilling equipment is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a natural willingness to share knowledge
  • A proactive, well‑organized, and independent way of working, combined with creativity and a continuous‑improvement mindset
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, as it is our corporate language. Spanish is an advantage.

Location and Travel

The position is based in Örebro, Sweden, with occasional travel to customers and global Customer Centers.
