HR Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, service-minded, and structured HR Coordinator to join the Regional Center of Excellence HR Northern Europe. In this role, you will support a broad range of HR-related requests with a strong focus on administration, coordination, systems, data quality, and process support.
You will play an important role in ensuring that HR processes are efficient, accurate, and delivered with high quality. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating structure, improving ways of working, and supporting the business and our managers in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

The Regional Center of Excellence HR Northern Europe is based in Örebro and Prague and works across areas such as employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, relocation & mobility, compensation & benefits, labor law and payroll. Your mission
You will be part of an ongoing digital transformation journey, transitioning from manual administration to more automated, efficient, and digital ways of working.
You will coordinate and handle incoming HR-related requests and act as a first point of contact for managers and candidates across a broad range of HR topics.
The role includes support across several HR areas, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employment documentation, HR systems administration, and maintaining HR information and documentation in SharePoint. You will also contribute to and drive process improvements, ensuring data quality, and support efficient and professional HR operations.

You are proactive, service-minded, and confident working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities. You take ownership, identify needs, and move tasks forward in a structured and solution-oriented way.
You combine strong attention to detail with a pragmatic mindset and are comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with others. You build trust through clear communication, professionalism, and a high level of integrity when handling confidential information.
You are digitally confident, enjoy working with systems and administration, and have a genuine interest in improving processes and ways of working.
You also bring:
- Relevant education in administration, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with HR systems and web-based platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Swedish and English.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in creating a positive employee and candidate experience.
