Your mission

As a Project Manager within the SRD PMO, you will be responsible for planning and executing both New Development and Base Development projects.

 

Your mission is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with the expected quality.

 

Working closely with colleagues across R&D, operations, and business functions, you will contribute to creating value for both our customers and our organization.

 

In this role, you will lead projects from concept through implementation, building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the division and the wider Epiroc organization. You will support teams in navigating priorities, facilitating collaboration, and achieving shared objectives while ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.

 

Reporting to the SRD R&D Project Office Manager, you will also contribute to the continuous development of products, processes, and ways of working within the

division.

 

 

Your profile

You hold a relevant university degree in engineering or have built equivalent expertise through extensive practical experience.

 

You have a solid technical understanding of Epiroc or similar equipment used in underground and surface applications, combined with experience in project management and product development.

 

You are an effective communicator who enjoys working with people from different functions, backgrounds, and cultures.

Your ability to create structure, build relationships, and coordinate activities enables you to successfully lead projects and support teams in achieving their goals.

 

Experience with change management, resource planning, and recognized project management methodologies will help you succeed in this role, while knowledge of agile or lean ways of working is considered an advantage.

 

To thrive in this position, you are collaborative, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. You take ownership of your work, encourage open communication, and create an environment where people can contribute their best.

 

Experience working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams is valuable, as is fluency in English. Swedish language skills are considered beneficial.

 

 

Location and other

This position is located in Örebro (Norra Bro), Sweden.

Occasional travel is required.
