The Talent Acquisition team within the Regional Center of Excellence HR Northern Europe operates out of Örebro and Prague. We work with employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding – always focusing on quality and a good candidate experience. You will be part of a team that enjoys working together, trying new ideas, and supporting each other to succeed.

 

Your mission

As a Recruitment Specialist, you are responsible for the full recruitment process – from first contact to onboarding. You work closely with hiring managers, HR, and your TA colleagues.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Supporting and advising hiring managers on role requirements, selection, and recruitment methodology
  • Writing clear and inclusive job advertisements and publishing them in relevant channels
  • Conducting competency-based interviews, reference checks, and assessments
  • Contributing to the development of our recruitment processes and ways of working to attract the right talent

 

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is motivated by finding the right candidate for the right role and who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where collaboration with both managers and colleagues is important.

 

The role requires a structured and thorough way of working, combined with clear and professional communication. An interest in new recruitment trends and a desire to improve methods and processes is appreciated. The role suits someone who enjoys teamwork, shares knowledge, and contributes to a positive and supportive team culture.

 

We believe you have:

  • A relevant university degree, for example in HR, sociology, behavioral science, or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience running recruitment processes from start to finish, preferably within Production, R&D, Automation, IT/tech, and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience working with assessment tools and giving professional feedback.
  • Experience with proactive candidate outreach, either directly or together with colleagues using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

 

Location and other

This position is located in Örebro. The assignment runs for one year and will start around March.
