Sales Process Specialist, Northern Europe
Örebro, SE
Do you enjoy improving processes, working with data, and making systems easier for others to use? As our Sales Process Specialist for Northern Europe, you will bring together SAP expertise, master data, sales processes, and order flows to strengthen our Customer Center operations across the region.
Join our team
You will join Customer Center in Northern Europe in a broad specialist role, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders. You will be a key point of contact for sales processes and SAP, helping colleagues solve issues and continuously improve how we work.
Your mission
Your mission is to develop and improve sales and customer service processes, with SAP S/4HANA at the center. You will combine hands-on process and data work with analysis, coordination, and user support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive improvements in sales and Customer Center processes in SAP.
- Maintain and improve master data, pricing, and process quality.
- Support and train colleagues in SAP and sales-related processes.
- Monitor order flows and support issue resolution across the order-to-cash process.
- Analyze data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support new processes, system enhancements, and digital initiatives.
Your profile
We believe you will thrive if you enjoy systems, structure, and problem-solving while also collaborating with people across the organization. You are analytical and detail-oriented, but pragmatic and able to see the broader business perspective.
We particularly value:
- Experience working with sales and order management processes in SAP S/4HANA, including customer master data, special order flows, consignment stock processes, and customer-specific sales setups.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to work with and compare data from different sources.
- Experience in areas such as master data, sales operations, Customer Care, Supply Chain, logistics, or business process improvement.
Experience as an SAP Business Key User, master data specialist, logistics professional, or in another related position could provide a strong foundation.
As the role supports Northern Europe, you need strong English communication skills. Another Nordic language is an advantage.
We know that great candidates do not always meet every single requirement. If this role interests you and you believe your experience can contribute to our success, we encourage you to apply.
