You will be part of the Accounting to Reporting (AtR) Spoke Nordic team within the Regional Center of Excellence for EMENA. We are a team of 15 persons spread out on 4 different locations, and you will be in our Örebro office. We share responsibility for both statutory and operational reporting with focus on entities in Sweden, while also supporting other European Epiroc entities, all part of the Epiroc Group. You will report to RCoE EMENA AtR Spoke Nordic Manager.
Your mission
As Senior Accounting to Reporting (AtR) Specialist, your mission is to deliver high‑quality Accounting to Reporting services in line with the Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way.
You will:
- Ensure accurate, compliant and timely Accounting to Reporting delivery
- Drive harmonization of AtR processes across entities
- Continuously identify and implement process and ways‑of‑working improvements
- Enable efficiency gains through digitalization and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Act as a senior expert and contribute to strong collaboration and communication with regional and global stakeholders
This is a hands‑on senior specialist role with a strong focus on quality, standardization and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring strong senior expertise within Accounting to Reporting and the ability to operate independently in a complex, multinational finance environment.
You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar Accounting to Reporting or senior accounting role, preferably within a multinational organization
- Proven extensive knowledge of IFRS
- Strong experience in statutory and legal reporting, including tax reporting, combined with solid knowledge of Swedish GAAP (K3)
- Expertise in ERP systems, preferably M3 (or similar large ERP environments)
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

You are structured and self‑driven, with strong organizational and time‑management skills, enabling you to plan, prioritize and execute your work efficiently and independently. You are consistent, accurate and detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
We can offer a hybrid workplace - a way of working that provides flexibility and promotes a healthier balance between professional and personal life. For this role we expect a minimum of 60% presence at the office in Örebro.
This position is open to candidates who are already based in Sweden. Due to the urgency of the recruitment, we are not able to support or consider international relocations - including relocation at one’s own expense - and no relocation package is offered.
