The Parts & Services Division (PSD) is Epiroc’s backbone for delivering aftermarket solutions—ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across mining and construction. PSD combines service operations, parts supply, and technical expertise to support customers throughout the lifecycle of their machines.
PSD Northern Europe operates through regional teams for Construction and Mining, each with dedicated service managers, planners, and technical support. This structure enables local ownership while maintaining global standards.
Your mission
As a Service Controller, you combine daily operational work with improving processes and reporting. You will work closely with service managers, administrators, product managers, and other colleagues across the region to build trust and support clear structures.
Your main responsibility is to provide accurate reporting, financial insights, and guidance to help the business move forward. You will support teams, but also challenge them when needed by motivating, setting boundaries, and helping others take responsibility for results. To succeed, you need to enjoy working with details, communicating clearly, and balancing support with expectations.
In this fast-moving division, you will switch naturally between financial follow-up, system problem-solving, and direct contact with people. You will also play an active role in improving processes, developing ERP structures, and supporting users with training and tools.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and follow up key financial processes such as budgeting, cost trends, utilization, and service variance.
- Help service managers and other stakeholders understand and use reports and KPIs.
- Create and maintain ERP structures for new products and service processes.
- Drive improvements that make reporting and follow-up simpler and more effective.
- Support system users, run end-user forums, and train new colleagues.
Your profile
You will succeed in this role if you are curious, proactive, and collaborative. You enjoy working with numbers, helping colleagues, and supporting improvements in processes and reporting. You are detail-oriented, structured, and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key skills and experience:
- Basic understanding of financial principles and financial follow-up.
- Confidence using business systems as well as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Process-driven mindset with an interest in improving workflows.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
