Do you want to shape the way collaboration happens at Epiroc? We are now looking for a SharePoint Lead Developer to join our IT Collaboration Solutions team. In this role, you’ll be the technical driver behind our SharePoint platform, ensuring development is aligned with business needs, future-proof, and secure. Your mission

As our SharePoint Lead Developer, you will take the lead in time estimations, coding standards, and technical frameworks for our SharePoint development. Together with our SharePoint Architect, Support Lead, Project Managers and Operations teams, you’ll ensure a modern, user-focused, and stable platform for internal collaboration.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into concrete actions on the SharePoint platform
  • Ensure solutions align with our architecture, roadmap, and business needs
  • Drive and document coding standards and frameworks
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Safeguard platform security, design, and long-term stability
  • Plan, evaluate, and drive development of SharePoint solutions
  • Actively participate in architecture forums, business discussions, and IT forums
  • Support decision-making by clarifying technical consequences and feasibility
  • Contribute to our proactive security and performance work

 

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are a structured and analytical problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. You have the ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, efficient technical solutions. As a technical leader, you take initiative, guide others when needed, and contribute to shaping the overall solution design—ensuring both quality and alignment with business objectives.

 

To succeed in this role, we believe you also have:

  • A degree in IT/computer science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development
  • Deep knowledge in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, PnP, REST/Graph APIs, and Power Automate
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integrations (e.g., Teams, Azure Functions)
  • Experience in Classic vs. Modern SharePoint and migration projects
  • Understanding of information architecture and Microsoft 365 governance features
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Git, Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Agile work methods and backlog management
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus

This position is located in Örebro or Stockholm.
