Are you ready?

We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Sourcing Support professional to join the Strategic Sourcing organization within the Surface Division.

 

The position is based in Örebro (Eyra), where you will be part of a supportive team that truly cares about people and the planet. You will work alongside colleagues who are committed to driving the strategic sourcing transformation forward with a strong focus on sustainability, all while meeting short‑, mid‑ and long‑term objectives.

 

 

Your mission

The Sourcing Support function works closely with Category Management, Project Sourcing Management and Supplier Development Engineering.

 

Your role will help reduce administrative workload across the organization and ensure that collaboration flows smoothly.

 

You will also support the Manager – Strategic Sourcing with day‑to‑day coordination and administrative tasks.

 

Your responsibilities include handling Request for Quotation activities by submitting RFQs and collecting quotations, resolving invoice blocks to enable smooth payment processes, and taking care of RTS (Review Technical Specification) administration.

 

You will follow up on and execute NAL (New Article List) items and prepare sourcing reports along with related administrative tasks.

 

The role also involves supporting Product Cost administration, assisting with simple tasks within Category and Supplier Development, and coordinating Responsible Sourcing follow‑ups, reporting and related activities.

 

In addition, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to support cross‑functional or divisional reporting where Strategic Sourcing contributes input or output data.

 

 

Your profile

You have experience in administrative roles that include coordination and communication in a dynamic and complex environment.

 

Experience in Strategic Sourcing and the manufacturing industry is an advantage.

 

 A university degree is preferred, although a completed Upper Secondary School education is required.

 

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. You are well‑structured, curious and have a genuine interest in business and engineering, ideally combined with an interest in sourcing.

 

You bring an agile mindset, the ability to build long‑term, trusting relationships, and a natural sensitivity to communication needs between Epiroc, suppliers and key stakeholders.


 

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel, both domestic and international.
