One crucial aspect is to keep track of the generated data and ensure its correct usage according to laws, regulations, and business needs. This is as important as maintaining the structure and versions of all our physical parts.

Your mission

As a System Architect specializing in IoT, Connected Products, and Digital Services, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing solutions in Azure that leverage IoT data to support electrification in mines. You will work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure that our initiatives are aligned with agile principles and practices, driving innovation and efficiency in our connected product ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for IoT-enabled products and digital services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance within Azure.
  • IoT Data Integration: Design and implement solutions for integrating IoT data into Azure, enabling real-time data processing and analytics to support electrification in mines.
  • Value Stream Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to map and optimize value streams, enhancing the flow of value through our IoT and digital service offerings.
  • Agile Practices: Work within the Scaled Agile Framework to facilitate continuous improvement and delivery, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies.
  • Solution Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions that leverage IoT data for improved product functionality and service delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in IoT, Azure, and agile development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of IoT and digital service initiatives.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user stories.

 

Your profile

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You must have proven experience as a System Architect, preferably in IoT, connected products, or digital services. A strong understanding of Azure technologies, IoT data integration, and value stream mapping is essential. Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and agile methodologies is required. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location and travel

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden and occasional travel is required.
