Your mission
As Project Manager – PSD Marketing Intelligence, your mission is to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring that initiatives are delivered according to scope, timeline, and expected outcomes.
You will play an important role in bridging business and data teams, making sure requirements are clearly understood, priorities are aligned, and stakeholders stay engaged throughout the project journey.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate Marketing Intelligence projects from planning to implementation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data, analytics, reporting, or AI can create value.
- Gather and define business requirements and translate them into clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate collaboration between business teams, analysts, data engineers, BI developers, and other specialists.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, dashboards, and data-driven ways of working.
- Communicate project status, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
Your profile
You are a collaborative and relationship-oriented person who enjoys working with different stakeholders across business and technical areas. You are curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping progress moving forward. With your structured and analytical mindset, you can turn business challenges into clear project plans and practical outcomes.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in project management, business transformation, analytics, digitalization, or a related area.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and digital technologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and dashboard solutions, data governance, AI or advanced analytics, agile ways of working, and experience from global or matrix organizations will be considered an advantage.

This is a temporary position located in Örebro, Sweden.
