Your Mission

• Adhere to environment, health and safety programs and requirements
• Follow up and collaborate with site technical team on short-term and long-term maintenance plans for mining equipment covered under service agreements
• Ensure PCR for maintenance exist for each machine and liaise with the site service supervisor on execution of the plan
• Maintain spare parts life cycle cost "LCC" for every equipment model.
• Ensure monthly reports are compiled, submitted and regularly reviewed with the team to address any deviations
• Track and report on spare parts Revenue and Cost against forecasted values and give early warnings of deviations to the PSD Management
• Support continuous improvement projects by providing management information
• Take responsibility for inventory control at central warehouse, including maintaining optimal min-max levels of parts for efficient operations at Epiroc customer sites.
• Planning stock requirements for the service contracts in collaboration with site technical and maintenance planning team
• Contact Epiroc site technical team / customer maintenance planning team in case of any deviations from parts plan and present a new plan
• Make parts list request for machine midlife rebuild according to service contracts signed with customers, including subcontracts
• Proactively work with customer supply chain groups, mine management, mine maintenance planners and parts expeditors.
• Follow up the delivery time of parts needed in production, and follow up the quality and delivery time of parts repaired through subcontracts
• Will carry out any other function or duty as may be required in terms of "The Epiroc Way".

Your Profile:

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or any related engineering course.
• With 1 year experience as Maintenance Planner for Surface / Underground Equipment. 
• Good Interpersonal communication skills - oral and written
• Sound report writing skills
• Team leadership skills and teamwork
• Relevant experience in maintaining a trackless mining fleet
• Project planning and execution
• Good analytical skills
• Be able to interface with customers
• Negotiation skills
• Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and implementing processes that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Possess some technical proficiency related to heavy capital equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as systems relevant to parts, warehousing, and inventory administration/management.
• Possess hazard site specifics to enable travel to site.
