We are inviting internal applications for the position of Sales Engineer – MOTA Projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate all sales-related activities for the MOTA projects, ensuring that customer requirements, timelines, and company objectives are met efficiently.
Your Mission
- Manage and monitor all MOTA project sales activities.
- Serve as the key liaison between customers, the project team, and management.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions in line with project requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and forecasts to the management team.
- Support business development initiatives related to MOTA and associated customers.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or project coordination within the mining or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of Epiroc's Surface portfolios, particularly drilling and products relevant to Mota's projects (e.g., SmartROC T45/T65, FlexiROC D65).
- Proven experience in key account management within the mining, construction, or heavy equipment sector.
- Ability to develop and implement an account strategy aligned with Epiroc WA's regional growth objectives - including pipeline development, tender tracking, and long-term fleet planning with Mota's procurement and operations teams.
- Experience in managing multi-site and cross-border accounts, coordinating activities across Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea, and potentially Mali.
- Capacity to liaise effectively with Epiroc technical support, product specialists, and service teams to ensure equipment uptime and performance.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
