Contribute to the plans and schedules development including, parts, resources and time estimates to execute all on-site & off -site maintenance task operations, with consideration to productivity of staff.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Planning & preparation of service technicians’ rotations and provide weekly reports
  • Tools inventories follow up quarterly reports to be provided for sites & Workshops
  • Processing of Purchase Orders in E-Purchase for department's registered Service Providers
  • Coordinating with Logistics/stores to ensure internal spares required for jobs are delivered and received on time to reduce breakdowns and also to meet repair deadlines.
  • Monthly reports preparation, this includes Technician's labour utilization, net Invoiced Sales (NIS), Work in Progress (WIP),
  • Providing component WIP report updates to customers for their planning purpose
  • Providing WIP report on safety campaign updates & for warranty for Jobs
  • Record management of service data per job file
  • Ensuring service reports are compiled and submitted in a timely and accurate manner/ both
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of processes within the department
  • Ensuring complete adherence to service/Warranty to close internal processes - closure with positive outcomes
  • Customer invoice loading, Confirmation and invoice creation
  • Ensuring effective customer complaint management through collaboration and feedback. both
  • Keeping accurate records/data of Capital equipment in the field for update in Machine Online (MoL) and Warranty Online (WoL)
  • Administratering all Machine Online duties - Commissioning, Updates from one level/status to another, decommissioning, transfer of machine between CCs,
  • Managing approved warranty claims and jobs
  • Preparing reports for machine population per customer for projections
  • Demonstrating excellent customer care by conducting daily activities in a cooperative and professional manner to ensure customer needs have been met
  • Attending and taking minutes in relevant departmental meetings
  • Ensure and coordinate all Campaign resolution by sending later, and doing follow with responsible technical lead
  • Workshop jobs following process
  • Liaise with technical trainer and all campaign software update

 

Your Profile:

 

  • At least 2 years' experience in Planning and Scheduling process
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Spreadsheets, project planners, etc.)
  • Good understanding of networks and systems required
  • Proficiency in using computer software such as PME, or similar
  • Understanding of workplace safety regulations and the ability to implement safe work practices
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to improve planning and scheduling
  • High demonstrated ability in conceptual and practical planning and scheduling skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair workflow processes
  • Knowledge of warehouse inventory control and supply chain management
  • Strong commitment to ongoing improvement, with a specific focus on enhancing the planning and scheduling processes
  • Strong negotiation skills required in dealings with managers, supervisors, technicians and customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively under pressure.
