Epiroc is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Supervisor - Field to be the single point of contact for our valued customers. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to make a real impact, combining your technical prowess with strong leadership skills to manage and optimize our field services.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

  • Be the Expert: You'll provide essential technical support and supervision for our service contracts on Surface Drill Rigs.

  • Drive Success: Take ownership of products and services, focusing on continuous improvement and achieving customer satisfaction.

  • Solve the Impossible: Tackle real-time system malfunctions and engineering challenges with your problem-solving skills, turning challenges into successes.

  • Lead the Way: Manage stock levels, process orders, and ensure equipment is always available and ready to go.

  • Build Relationships: Act as the key liaison between the customer and Epiroc, building trust and ensuring clear, consistent communication.

  • Maintain Excellence: Keep track of warranties and performance reports, and uphold the highest standards of safety in all situations.

 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

 

  • Proven Expertise: More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Epiroc Surface Drilling equipment, with a strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and RCS systems.

  • Leadership Skills: Experience in a similar role or as a Team Leader with exceptional communication skills.

  • A Collaborative Spirit: A knack for teamwork and a commitment to working closely with colleagues, customers, and partners.

  • An Innovative Mindset: A creative, bold, and open-minded approach to developing and implementing new ideas.
