Join Our Team as a Product Market Manager – Mobile Shears at Epiroc!
As the Product Market Manager – Mobile Shears, you will lead the channel management and pricing teams and manage the trade-offs and potential conflicts between channels and to prioritize ecommerce initiatives for maximum growth across all channels.
Work Type: This position is open to U.S. candidates. This role is not eligible for immigration or work visa sponorship.
Responsibilities:
- Own the market success and financial performance of the Non‑Impact Attachments portfolio for mobile shears within the Hydraulic Attachments Business Line of Epiroc
- Define market positioning, value propositions, and portfolio strategy for steel-cutting attachments
- Translate recycling‑specific customer needs and application requirements into clear product and portfolio priorities
- Lead market‑driven investment decisions by preparing and evaluating business cases for new products, portfolio extensions, and lifecycle initiatives
- Drive portfolio development across the recycling value chain, including expansion, optimization, and phase‑out decisions
- Support pricing strategies in close collaboration with the commercial organization to ensure competitive and profitable market positioning
- Work closely with sales teams, dealers, and partners to support complex recycling projects, tenders, and customer discussions
- Develop application‑focused sales materials and support product and application training for sales, dealers, and customers
- Act as the central commercial interface to Engineering and Operations to ensure recycling solutions meet market expectations and are scalable and competitive
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
Knowledge/Education:
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable qualification through experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a commercial role in an industrial or B2B environment
- Strong understanding of recycling, demolition, or material‑handling applications and their operational challenges
- Experience working closely with sales organizations, distributors, or dealer networks
- Experience with mobile industrial equipment, excavator attachments, or tools used in recycling, demolition, or construction environments is considered a strong advantage
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to translate application and customer needs into market‑driven product strategies and portfolio decisions
- Solid commercial and financial skills, including pricing decisions and business‑case evaluation
