Product Specialist - Chinese Speaking

Epiroc is looking for a Product Specialist - Chinese Speaking to join our Service team in Akyem, Ghana. In this hands-on role, you will provide expert technical support for surface mining equipment, drive equipment reliability and safety, develop customer capabilities through training and skills transfer, and work closely with our Product Company and site teams to deliver world-class service. If you combine strong surface equipment expertise with excellent troubleshooting skills and fluency in both Chinese and English, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a global mining technology organization.

Your Mission

• Provide field service support for the maintenance, repair, startup and commissioning of surface mining equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and recommend effective maintenance plans, repairs and spare parts to improve equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Conduct equipment condition audits and provide clear recommendations on mechanical and electrical equipment health.
• Deliver technical training and hands-on skills transfer to customer operators and technicians.
• Drive product safety initiatives by identifying potential risks and promoting safe equipment operation and maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Company, customers and site management on new projects, technical improvements and service-related assignments.

Your Profile

• BSc or Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with surface mining equipment, preferably including Epiroc DML HP models.
• Advanced knowledge of Epiroc products, strong troubleshooting capabilities and preferably Epiroc Technical Certification Level 2 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capability, combined with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication, reporting and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to work independently, collaboratively and effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
