Site Technician - Electrician, Akyem

Join Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd. as a Site Technician - Electrician based at our GHA_Akyem site. In this role, you will use your electrical maintenance expertise to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of Epiroc mining equipment. Working within our Parts & Services Division EMEA, you will play a critical role in supporting mining operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and technical issues.
• Install, assemble, service, and repair equipment according to OEM standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Report maintenance findings and support equipment reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient customer service and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• Electrical trade qualification or relevant technical certification.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Team player with initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.

• Reporting to: Service Supervisor - Field
