Your Mission: Provide accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making, improve business profitability, and ensure compliance within the supply chain organization. This role partners closely with regional and local managers to strengthen internal controls, monitor sourcing processes, and coordinate cross-functional planning, while driving efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement in financial operations. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review the financial reports and other analysis reports and ensure the high-quality financial information.
  • Assist Regional Supply Chain DC Controller / Regional Supply Chain Manager / DC Operations Manager by conducting financial analysis to improve business profitability and efficiency and follow up on actions.
  • Communicate financial performance with functional managers.
  • Monitor the indirect sourcing process to ensure the Epiroc Way is followed.
  • Work in close cooperation with RCOE team and local supply chain team.
  • Support Regional Supply Chain DC Controller to set up the internal control system, document and implement improvement for the entity.
  • Support Regional Supply Chain Manager and coordinate with local managers for internal and external audit.
  • To coordinate cross-functionally planning process and follow-up of financial outcome.
  • Assist in preparing the data for CRM, LRM and BRM
  • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and regulations.
  • Analysis of monthly cost center reports and general ledger accounts
  • Participate in functional cost reporting and inventory cost accounting initiatives.
  • Support system related queries on inventory, accounts payable, general ledger and other divisional related issues.
  • Additional duties relevant for the function of supporting the region/sub-region/country may occur.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5+ years of controlling, finance, and accounting.
  • Good analytic skills
  • Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Finance/Controlling area is an asset
  • Good knowledge of ERP system, Skillful, BI and MS Excel user
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other accounting standards
  • Good English and local language communication skills both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions for the good of Epiroc
  • Business and supply chain oriented and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to look for weaknesses in processes, propose solutions and implement chosen solutions monitoring the outcome
  • Openness to change and adaptable
  • Well organized and focused on continuous improvement - there is always a better way!
  • Presentation skills are a must
  • Excellent planning and execution capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team
