Join Our Team as a Assistant DC Business Controller at Epiroc!
The Assistant DC Business Controller supports the DC Business Controller with the financial reporting, business analysis, maintain and execute a strong internal control environment of DCs. and will be a good advisor to DC management team when there is new business change.
- To ensure high quality in financial report and business analysis of operational activities
- To participate in the development of business system and other application support for financial control of operations
This position is also in charge of some trans-functional task for the smooth coordination with other areas within the operation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review the financial report and other analysis reports and ensure the high-quality financial information.
- Assist Regional Supply Chain DC Controller / Regional Supply Chain Manager / DC Operations Manager by conducting financial analysis to improve business profitability and efficiency, to follow up the main scorecard of supply chain, dig into the reason and follow up the actions.
- Communicate the financial performance with functional managers and employees.
- Monitor the indirect sourcing process to ensure the Epiroc Way is followed.
- Work in close cooperation with accounting team and local supply chain team.
- Support to set up the internal control system, document and implement improvement for the entity.
- Support Regional Supply Chain Manager and coordinate local managers for internal and external audit.
- To coordinate cross-functionally planning process and follow-up of financial outcome.
- Preparing the data for CRM, LRM and BRM
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and regulations.
- Additional duties relevant for the function in the region/sub-region/country may occur.
Knowledge/Education:
- Minimum 10+ years of controlling, finance, and accounting.
- Good analytic skills
- Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Finance/Controlling area is an asset
- Good knowledge of ERP system, Skillful, BI and MS Excel user
- Good understanding of supply chain processes
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other accounting standards
- Good English and local language communication skills both verbal and written
Formal Education Requirement:
- College graduates majored in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management
- 10+ years of experience

- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions for the good of Epiroc
- Business and supply chain oriented and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to look for weaknesses in processes, propose solutions and implement chosen solutions monitoring the outcome

- Well organized and focused on continuous improvement – there is always a better way!
- Presentation skills are a must
- Excellent planning and execution capabilities
