Service Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our after‑sales service operations and drive operational excellence within the Parts & Services Division.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the service team,
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery & customer reporting aligned with customer expectations & company targets,
- Collaborate with sales teams to support service product growth (Service Agreements, Workshop business, Customer Engineered Solutions) & ensure customer satisfaction,
- Oversee warranty processes and ensure smooth internal/external communication,
- Prepare service quotations,
- Control key service KPIs,
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) standards and promote continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Technical or business degree (engineering/mechanics preferred),
- Strong experience in service operations in industrial/heavy equipment environment,
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse service teams,
- Solid understanding of service sales, warranty, and customer support processes,
- Strong planning, communication, and analytical capabilities,
- English proficiency (Upper‑Intermediate+).
