Warehouse Staff

We are looking for a Warehouse Staff who is located in Ankara to work as a member of Epiroc Turkey. The position will be reported to Warehouse Chief.

The mission is to manage the processes of receiving and storing and dispatching goods in the main warehouse in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities

1. Forwarding the lists of shipment requests (with and without barcodes) from the departments to the warehouse operators to collect the products.
2. To ensure the transportation, storage and shipment of the material within the specified conditions.
3. To make shipment planning accurate, error-free and on time,
4. To coordinate communication between the warehouse and the sales departments on shipment-related issues,
5. To print the dispatch notes of the collected products, to print out from BPCS when the dispatch notes with barcode can not be printed,
6. In-warehouse layout, product placement, developing in-warehouse systems and checking the accuracy of system records, 
7. Preparing daily e-dispatch notes, then forwarding it to Istanbul logistics team and updating the dispatch tracking file,
8. To inform the relevant department and to follow the process.if there is a problem in printing dispatch notes.

Requirements

1. To have work experience in logistics and warehouse processes,
2. Preferably graduated from industrial engineering or logistics departments,
3. To have a good knowledge of MS Office applications and technical hardware,
4. To be able to use a hand terminal,
5. Preferably a good command of English,
6. To have a type B driver's license,
7. To have completed military service for male candidates.
