Objetivo del rol:
Apoyar en la mejora de los procesos internos del taller, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa y al cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y seguridad.

Funciones principales:

Levantar y analizar procesos actuales del taller.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos internos.
Apoyar en la implementación de mejoras operativas.
Elaborar reportes y seguimiento de indicadores de gestión.
Coordinar con equipos técnicos para la recopilación de información.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y calidad.

Requisitos:

Estudiantes de últimos ciclos o egresados de:
- Ingeniería Civil Mecánica
- Ingeniería Civil Industrial
- Ingeniería Eléctrica
Conocimiento técnico de procesos de taller (deseable).
Interés en mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
Manejo de Excel (intermedio deseable).
