Tu misión

Apoyar en el levantamiento, análisis y mejora de los procesos internos del taller, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa y al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad de Epiroc.

¿Cuáles serán mis responsabilidades?

Levantar y analizar los procesos actuales del taller.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los procesos internos.
Apoyar en la implementación de mejoras operativas.
Elaborar reportes y realizar seguimiento a indicadores de gestión.
Coordinar con equipos técnicos para la recopilación y validación de información.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y orden operacional.

Candidato ideal para esta posición:

Estudiante de últimos ciclos o egresado de:

Ingeniería Civil Mecánica
Ingeniería Civil Industrial
Ingeniería Eléctrica

Interés por la mejora continua y la optimización de procesos.
Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio (deseable).
Conocimiento técnico de procesos de taller (deseable).

Deseable:

Conocimientos básicos en metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
