MINING EQUIPMENTS AND CONSUMABLES
Mission
- Implement a strategic PSD business plan related to Greek, Cypriot & Israeli Markets with special focus on successful on-site service support with aim to promote Service Agreements in cooperation with the Business Manager with special focus on all Mining projects connected with Hellas Gold with final goal to support Epiroc PSD vision “To be leading productivity partner”
- Lead PSD service and spare parts sales team by utilizing territory management, meetings, action plans
- Have a clear understanding of the specific Customer needs and to implement an operational business plan
- Develop the Volume, Gross and Operating Profit by growing the business and gain market shares for consumables, accessories and after sales service through customer.
- Live the Epiroc Group values “Innovation- Commitment- Collaboration” in both internal and external activities and relations with regular customer visits for ensuring the knowledge of customer needs
- Closely cooperate with local Business Manager, Business Controller and regional SCX team
- Activate and lead positive change management within an external service provider Team
- Complete the Services safely and create a healthy business environment for all parties achieved by co-operation, commitment and trust.
- Responsible for VCs and people management in PSD service, Service admin and Customer care teams.
Responsibilities and objectives
- Achieve ambitious profitable growth targets in service operations through the team cooperation
- Lead efficiently the Area service department ensuring high quality service monitoring the key figures and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the team. Create a team atmosphere with a professional approach, respect and psychological safety. Promote and live inclusion and diversity in all actions.
- Grow and engage people. Coordinate and develop the team through regular team meetings, cooperation on shared projects, one-to-one meetings, etc. Ensure there is a development plan in place for each person.
- Provide regular feedback to team members and conduct a high quality yearly performance and development talk with them.
- Lead and coordinate through efficient team and one-to-one meetings (weekly toolbox meetings and regular one-to-ones onsite and online).
- Monthly report to Business Manager in all important issues under responsibility, with respective analysis of WIP, service orders status, consignment stock level, H&S aspects and possible red flags
- Plan, coordinate and check service work in connection with valid Service Agreement
- Be responsible for timely response to customers’ requests and complaints handling
- Supervise and react on trend to minimize the amount of service warranties
- Follow the warranty policy, provide mandatory warranty documents and reports.
- Update fleet management system – including mapping of all units in operation (Epiroc and Competitors)
- Be responsible for compliance with internal procedure “Code of Conduct”
- Be responsible for SHE compliance with local and Epiroc rules
- Ensure the company assets are used in an efficient and cost-conscious way.
- Support recruitment process at external service provider and induction / training for newcomers
- SM digital solution (Synchroteam) to follow planning, execution, reports, working and overtime hours.
- Spend time directly on Hellas Gold mining sites - monthly min. 2 weeks (10 working days) for the next 2 years.
Experience requirements
- Experience in Business, Service and Technical related roles.
- Experience in working within the construction and mining or related industries
- Commercial and organizational experience
Knowledge
- Technical knowledge (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric systems, etc);
- Advance sales and technical skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- English language knowledge (spoken and written).
Educational requirements
- Preferably a degree/diploma in Engineering, mechanical field or similar through experience, or same gained by experience
