Join Epiroc as our new Customer Care Coordinator!

We are looking for an energetic, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused professional to join our team in Greece.
In this role, you will ensure fast and accurate order processing, smooth logistics coordination, and excellent communication with internal and external customers. You will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting our business operations.

What you will do

  • Manage quoting, order booking, invoicing, and follow-up for orders.
  • Prepare spare parts quotations and monitor open quotes to drive conversion to orders.
  • Keep customers and the sales team updated on order status, expected deliveries, and potential changes.
  • Resolve order-related issues and coordinate with Distribution Centers and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with Product Companies, suppliers, and logistics partners regarding pricing, part numbers, and shipments.
  • Handle stock forecasting, stock control, and warehouse-related activities, including receiving, checking, picking, and packing goods.
  • Manage returns, complaints, and quality checks of incoming and returned materials.
  • Administer import/export processes and ensure all customs documentation is properly recorded.
  • Streamline logistics procedures to improve efficiency, information quality, and delivery performance.
  • Monitor logistics costs, landed costs, and stock turnover.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data, documentation, and records.
  • Support the Area Service Manager, including reporting anomalies or process gaps.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, procedures, KPIs, and internal projects.
  • Assist in onboarding and training newcomers.
  • Uphold company standards, Code of Conduct, and all Epiroc safety, environmental, and quality rules.

 


What you bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, stock management, or a related field.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • ERP system experience is an advantage.
  • Minimum secondary school education.
  • Goaloriented and able to work under time pressure.
  • Wellorganized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Customerfocused with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, openminded, and willing to drive continuous improvement.
  • A supportive team player with strong problemsolving abilities.
