We are now looking for a Sales Engineer PSD to strengthen our Parts & Services team in Greece and support our continued growth.
About the Role
As a Sales Engineer in our Parts & Services Division, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Epiroc parts, service products, digital solutions, and support packages. Your mission is to achieve annual targets for sales, profitability, and market share—while building strong, long‑term partnerships with customers.
This role requires a proactive, customer‑focused professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and understands the value of offering the right solution at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and market share targets in line with company goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, present proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits, calls, and regular communication.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs; provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with divisions on pricing, availability, and quality of parts and services.
- Promote and develop non‑traditional sales methods (service contracts, parts kits, fixed repair promotions, component exchanges, etc.).
- Support sales of digital solutions such as My Epiroc, DocMine, Shop Online, and future platforms.
- Track equipment population (Epiroc and competitors), identify growth potential, and create action plans.
- Provide accurate data updates in internal systems and submit regular reporting to the manager.
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and customer‑specific safety and environmental rules.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in sales or marketing roles, ideally within heavy equipment, construction, or mining industries (aftermarket experience is a plus).
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Strong computer and presentation skills.
- Valid driving licence.
Education
- Preferably a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or at least 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar technical/commercial role.
