Position Mission

•    Represent EPIROC Service in front of customers and business partners by way of professional approach and quality of performed services.
•    Support the company targets as a Premium Service Provider.

Responsibilities and objectives

•    Performs customer technical interventions under the form of preventive inspections, inspections,  random interventions, repairs and other specific technical activities;
•    Provides services for customers and for the other departments of the company, by performing visits, presentations, by taking part to meetings, interventions or by providing information, documents, 
•    Communicate in between customer and EPIROC sales and service department 
•    Provides technical information to respective subjects 
•    Actively cooperate on promotion of Parts & Service products and EPIROC Product information
•    Improves the relations with the existing customers and  share the information regarding new customers
•    Identifies the customers’ needs and expectations through direct discussions, and offers solutions 
•    Provides and maintains the relation with the customers, during all the stages of the cooperation with them.
•    Coordinate given job assignment within service department in aim to fulfill customer promise and service targets.
•    Undertakes to support the administrative department in order to facilitate the optimization of the interventions plan and to shorten the time for their preparations.
•    Takes part to the meetings settled by the superiors, to the meetings for the activity analysis, to the training meetings, to campaigns and to other activities organized by the company.
•    Observes the provisions of the rules included in the internal procedure manual “The EPIROC Way” 
•    Observes the provisions included in the Rules of Internal Procedure, in the Norms in force referring to Health and Safety at Work and to Fire Prevention.
•    Observes the measures for environment protection and complies with the specific policies and procedures settled by the customers.
•    Is responsible for the accuracy of the prepared documents.
•    Is responsible for the accuracy of the information sent to the third parties (customers, colleagues).
•    Is responsible for the proper use of company assets provided for his position in an efficient, cost continuous and safe way (car, tools, devices, computer, modem, telephone).
•    Is responsible for keeping confidentiality of the documents and the data he has access to.
•    Prepare a specific job sheet report for his superior on a daily basis.
•    Provides the use and the accurate filling in the documents required by law (bills, travel forms, etc.) and by the internal procedures. 
•    To follow internal procedures or other internal rules applicable to this position.

•    Provide follow up and monthly report to Direct Manager or specific reports when requested.
•    Provide a weekly update of the data in internal database (visits, all correspondence such as emails, letters, faxes, proposals, orders, etc.).
•    Follow up the proper procedures for QHSE with the support of ISO coordinators
•    Be aware of all the risks (driving) and take all precautions to avoid accidents or incidents. Respect local legislation at all times.

Experience requirements

•    2 years working experience, preferably within the technical field.

Knowledge

•    Technical knowledge (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric systems, etc);
•    Practical technical skills;
•    Knowledge of MS Office programs;
•    Good language knowledge (should be able to read all technical manuals in English and be able to hold a fair written and spoken communication in English). 

Educational requirements

•    Technical High School or Polytechnic (preferably in Automotive, Mechanical /Hydraulic equipment specialization).
