Parts Operations Manager

Job Description:
1. Inventory Accuracy & Control: Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels across all site warehouses through regular audits, reconciliations, and system updates.
2. Warehouse Operations Oversight: Monitor and support daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and parts.
3. Stock Optimization: Analyze usage trends and coordinate with Planning and Procurement to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent stockouts.
4. Inventory Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed inventory reports, including COGS predictions, stock movement, and aging analysis, to support operational and financial decisions.
5. Process Standardization: Implement and maintain standardized inventory management procedures across all sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
6. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Technical Support, and Site Operations to align inventory strategies with project timelines and equipment needs.
7. System & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate data in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP), troubleshoot discrepancies, and support system improvements.
8. Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to site warehouse personnel on inventory best practices and system usage
Requirements:
Educational Background:
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in inventory or warehouse management (e.g., APICS CPIM, WMS training) is a plus
Experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or field sites preferred
• Familiarity with heavy equipment or industrial parts inventory is an advantage
