The Customer Care Trainee role at Epiroc Mali Sarl in Bamako offers hands-on experience within the Equipment & Service business, where the trainee supports the Marketing & Sales team by delivering customer service and operational assistance. This includes helping manage customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues, while contributing to stronger client relationships and overall business success within the Parts & Services Division in the EMEA region.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer support across multiple channels.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues related to parts, pricing, delivery, returns, and warranties.
  • Support sales activities through order processing, quotations, and documentation management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Participate in training to build product knowledge, technical skills, and customer service expertise.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Pursuing or recently completed Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is required to support effective communication in a multinational environment.
  • A genuine interest in customer service combined with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills ensuring clear, professional interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented workplace, managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to maintain data accuracy and follow-up processes.
  • Basic IT competencies, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
