Epiroc is looking for a bold, proactive, and business-driven HR Business Partner to join our Mali operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior multinational company experience who brings strong international exposure, a deep understanding of Mali labour legislation, and the confidence to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and challenger to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable performance and growth. We are looking for someone who is naturally influential, takes initiative, and thrives in an autonomous role, with the potential to grow into a more senior leadership position.
This opportunity suits an experienced HR Generalist (HRBP/HR Manager) with 7+ years’ experience, who is bilingual, fluent in English, and has worked, studied, or travelled internationally. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and safety-oriented culture, while bringing fresh ideas and challenging the status quo.
Your Mission
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams, aligning people strategy with business goals
- Drive a high-performance culture through leadership coaching and organizational effectiveness
- Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring gender-balanced and diverse teams
- Oversee organizational design and workforce planning
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws in Mali
- Manage employee relations and provide expert guidance on complex HR matters
- Drive HR projects and digital transformation initiatives (including SAP/HRIS systems)
- Use data and HR analytics to inform decisions and improve business outcomes
- Champion a strong safety, ethics, and sustainability culture
- Complying with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) requirements, including Epiroc’s safe working procedures, while ensuring objectives are aligned with organizational strategy and that sufficient resources are in place to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Your Profile:
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in multinational or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of local labor
- Proven experience in HR business partnering and change management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is a strong advantage
