Your mission:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for both existing employees and new hires, always ensuring high-quality instruction. Provide customer operators with specialized training on capital equipment for both new and existing products in the market.
- Offer support across various areas and divisions within the company as needed, contributing to broader organizational goals. Stay informed on the latest training programs through the Global Academy, maintaining up-to-date expertise.
- Demonstrate versatility in conducting training sessions effectively, both in a classroom setting and, on the job, fostering practical skill development and operational excellence.
Your profile:
- Strong technical expertise in mining, geology, and mechanical systems, supporting effective equipment usage and troubleshooting.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, enabling operational flexibility.
- Capability to operate all models of Epiroc equipment with skill and precision.
- Comprehensive understanding of the CANBUS (RCS) system for advanced equipment functionality and diagnostics.
- Strong reporting skills, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of operational insights.
- 5+ years' experience in drilling operations on Epiroc equipment with advance knowledge in Mining and Rock Formation
Location: Mali, Ivory Coast or Burkina Faso
Language: English & French (advantageous)
Occasional travel required.
