Your Impact
Ensure that Epiroc is "Customer's first choice" in the market by following-up and give service to current and potential customers.
- Ensure that we can offer competent personnel to our customers for training in use and maintenance of our equipment.
- Ensure that we receive direct knowledge from the workplace on how our products are used by customers.
- Ensure that we internally have the technical knowledge of how our control systems work in operation.
- Ensure that we have internal knowledge to train our own staff.
- Ensure that our products are of high quality and performance
- Ensure that we document use and quality deficiencies before distributing to customers and internally.
- Contribute to a proactive PSD organisation.
- Contribute to developing PSD products.
- Contribute to a good cooperation with our service partners.
- Contribute to profitability for the company by ensuring that we work towards set goals.
- Contribute to marketing of PSD in cooperation with the market departments.
In addition to maintain the above mentioned conditions, the position is assumed to be exercised so that good business practice and Epiroc's general ethical consideration are safeguarded.
The Role: What You'll Do
As an Operator Trainer, you'll be the bridge between our products and our customers. Your primary mission will be to ensure our customers have the most competent personnel to operate and maintain our world-class equipment.
• Preparation and start-up of drill rigs in the field.
• Repairs, renovation, testing and test-driving of equipment.
• Troubleshooting.
• Training of operators.
• Training of customers in use and maintenance of our products.
• Perform service assignments with customers.
• Perform service agreements.
• Visit reports to customers who have been visited on all assignments.
• Internal service reports on quality problems.
• Document everything in accordance with our documentation requirements.
• Assessments of use and condition on equipment.
• Provide training material.
• Telephone support internally and to customer.
• Marketing of our aftermarket products and services.
• Share knowledge about the use and maintenance of equipment for internal staff, Customers and Business Partners
• Participate in various development projects.

What We're Looking For?
- Technical education/Diploma in Mining Engineering
- More than 5 years extensive experience in operating Epiroc equipment, knowledge of use and troubleshooting of the equipment's control systems.
- Knowledge of RCS
- Good IT competence, skilled in the following programs: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good French skills both in writing and orally and English Is a Plus
- Good report writing skills
