Product Manager - Surface Rock Drilling

Epiroc Mali Sarl is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Manager - Surface Rock Drills (SRD) to join our Parts & Services Division in Bamako, Mali. As Product Manager for Surface Rock Drills, you will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, driving product performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring Epiroc's solutions deliver maximum value throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Your Mission

• Provide expert application support and resolve complex drilling challenges at customer sites.
• Analyze machine performance and telemetry data to improve productivity and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Lead product benchmarking and testing activities to validate and enhance performance.
• Gather customer and field insights to support product development and continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales teams on technical presentations, customer engagements, and tender submissions.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support market growth initiatives across West Africa.

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of surface drilling operations and blast hole drill applications.
• Experience with lifecycle management and total cost of ownership (TCO) principles.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
