Reporting to the Regional General Manager and operating as a member of the regional management team, the role plays a key part in fostering a One Region – One Team – United in Growth culture.
Through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, the Regional Marketing and Communications Manager drives strategic objectives that add value for customers, build long‑term loyalty, and deliver sustainable financial growth and profitability for the region.
Your Mission
- Define and execute the regional marketing and communications strategy aligned with global objectives, supported by market analysis, brand positioning, and growth initiatives.
- Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns, content creation, product marketing, lead generation, and performance tracking to maximise impact and ROI.
- Oversee internal and external communications, media relations, leadership messaging, and crisis communication while ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
- Lead the planning and execution of events, trade shows, sponsorships, and branding initiatives to ensure strong brand presence and compliance across all touchpoints.
- Manage regional digital platforms, website content, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital tools to enhance online engagement and brand consistency.
- Partner with sales, leadership, HR, and global teams while managing budgets, vendors, and resources to support business goals and optimise marketing investment.
Your Profile:
- 8-10+ years in B2B regional marketing/communications, ideally within industrial, capital equipment, mining, or adjacent sectors (or complex solutions with long sales cycles).
- People and stakeholder leadership—cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, HR, and Regional GM; influencing without direct authority.
- Budget ownership—planning, forecasting, cost control, and vendor/agency management.
- Digital fluency—web, social, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and content platforms; comfortable with modern martech stacks.
