VMI & Bonded Warehouse Assistant

Epiroc Mali Sarl is looking for a proactive and well-organized VMI & Bonded Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Bamako, Mali. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient and compliant operation of our bonded warehouse, maintain accurate stock records, and support reliable supply chain operations. Your Mission

• Manage daily bonded warehouse activities, including receiving shipments, verifying documentation, and storing goods correctly.
• Pick and pack customer and internal orders accurately and on time.
• Control incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain stock accuracy and minimize losses.
• Verify goods against delivery documentation and required specifications.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock takes and provide accurate inventory reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain warehouse security, housekeeping, and safe working standards while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
