Main tasks
• Manage stock inventory to meet KPIs target ex. stock availability, stock turnover, obsolescence cost.
• Conduct stock count to ensure stock accuracy.
• Replenish stock in right items, quantity and time.
• Liquidate surplus stock by redistribution, surplus return or scrap.
Responsibilities
• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for sales.
• Reconcile physical inventory with database records to ensure accuracy.
• Implement and monitor inventory control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with sales departments to optimize stock levels.
• Implement best practices to minimize carrying costs, stock-outs, and overstock.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues, such as stock shortages, errors, or misplacements
• Conduct periodic physical counts (cycle counts, annual inventory counts) and resolve discrepancies.
• Propose stock adjustment to approvers for discrepancy items
• Assist in preparing for and conducting audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
• Manage stock transfer between LDC and CC warehouses.
• Generate inventory-related reports for management, including stock levels, turnover rates, stock provision and discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to predict trends, and improve inventory flow
• Analyze and propose obsolete stock to return to GDC or scrapping.
• Coordinate with supplier and warehouse for stock return shipment to deliver out on schedule.
• Propose the request to approver for scrap items, coordinate with scrap supplier and organize the scrap activity.
• Monitor stock movements and propose stock replenishment to GDC/Supplier when needed, based on min/max thresholds.
• Propose the stock redistribution request to other CCs when DC is critically stock shortage.
• Ensure products are stored properly to prevent damage, theft, or obsolescence.
• Verify correctness of stock recommended order report and propose to IOE for parameter adjustment in case.
• Propose stock replenishment report and follow up with approver.
• Execute the project assigned by SCX regional management.
