Key Account Manager – Northern Thailand & Laos

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Reporting to: Regional Business Line Manager – Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to lead sales and customer development in Northern Thailand and Laos. This role is critical in expanding our market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets across all product divisions
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Deliver technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Coordinate closely with service teams to ensure excellent after-sales support
  • Promote safety, sustainability, and new technologies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Work effectively in remote and cross-border environments

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 10–14 years of experience in heavy machinery, mining, or related industries
  • Strong business, commercial, and technical understanding
  • Proven track record in sales and key account management
