Service Administrator (Fixed-term, 2 years)

Location: Bor, Serbia (office-based)

What will you do?

• Work daily in SAP: process service orders, prepare invoicing, and maintain customer and equipment data
• Manage and organize service documentation (both electronic and hard copy), ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Maintain service orders and customer database records
• Handle purchase orders, quotations, and general correspondence
• Communicate with service technicians and team leaders to ensure timely and accurate information flow

• Experience in administrative roles (part-time or full-time) is an advantage

• Solid Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
