Service technician: right guy or girl for our rock drilling machines

We are searching for a friendly and competent colleague to join our gang of technicians in Belgrade, Serbia.  

So, what will be your job?

• Performs customer technical interventions under given job assignment and supervision;
• Provides services for customers and for the other departments of the company, by performing visits, interventions or by providing information
• Improves the relations with the existing customers and  share the information regarding new customers
• Coordinates given job assignment within service department in aim to fulfill customer promise and service targets
• Takes part to the meetings settled by the superiors, to the meetings for the activity analysis, to the training meetings, to campaigns and to other activities organized by the company;
• Is responsible for the accuracy of the prepared documents and information sent to the third parties (customers, colleagues);
• Is responsible for keeping confidentiality of the documents and the data he has access to;
• Follows which machines Epiroc is producing – product range (get to know divisions and their structure)
• Keeps updated about where to find needed information for particular machine) the machine documents – Instructions/Maintenance Schedules/Diagrams
• Prioritizes daily safety, hygiene and cleanliness of his workplace, demonstrating these behaviors in all situations.
• Has knowledge about the correct and safe use of tools, including the use of individual and collective protection equipment.
• Actively uses Fleetsync and IA Application

      What should you know?

• You are well skilled in the technics and you understands how things work under surface
• You are ready to travel majority of your working time and work in the field (tunneling and surface projects)
• You have secondary electro or mechanical education
• Practice from the servicing heavy machines or cars is advantage (also as a free time activity)
• Communicative knowledge of English both verbal and written (ability to understand and reply to the questions);   
• IT knowledge on user level with willingness to develop in this field
• Time flexibility
• Driving license.
