Supply Chain Specialist (Fixed-term)

We are searching for a friendly and open colleague to our supply chain team of 9 professionals working for internal supply chain provider organization. We are a diverse team, so we will welcome a female or a male who will help us to grow together. This is temporary replacement position in period of 1 year.

This position is the Supply Chain Operations Center Specialist, responsible for managing the full “order-to-delivery” service process and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact for daily order handling, deliveries to Customer Centers and end-customers, while maintaining strong relationships with Customer Centers.

What exactly will be your role?

You will be responsible to secure order-to-delivery process for our sales and marketing organizations in Western and Central Europe;
You will work in the ERP system and respond to request on lead time, order status, delivery, availability and, were applicable, parts information and price inquiries;
You will daily monitor the open purchase order report; You will keep local customer care team updated about order status;
You will monitor the performance of forwarders and supplying entities
You will coordinate all imports and exports including clearing instructions to respective clearing agents;
You will ensure compliance to legal requirements for imports and exports with national customs regulations and contact person towards local Customs Authorities;
You will process regional re-distribution requests, returns from local sales and marketing organizations, consignments and service shops;
You will process and support regional transport requests;
You will assist, support, and provide backup coverage for other Supply Chain team members;
You will closely cooperate with customer care colleagues, who are responsible for manual orders entries and for invoicing.

What should you know and be like to fit to us?

We welcome candidates with some logistics or customer service experience (part-time experience is also relevant) and high school degree.
You are happy to work with the system and ready to learn to work in SAP and other similar systems.
You are ready to learn to use new applications and still ready to bridge some gaps using excel, if needed. You are positive and result oriented, you like solving challenges.
You are business oriented and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
You are both structured and flexible which helps you to respond on different levels of challenges.
You are advanced in English and fluent in Serbian.
