Job Description:

The Senior C++ & Verification Engineer - SDV will ensure software quality, reliability, and correctness through strong verification, testing, and validation practices across SDV components.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain C++ code with a strong quality focus
Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, J1939, Ethernet
Proficiency in debugging (using GDB) and performance optimization of embedded Linux–based distributed systems
Design and execute verification strategies (unit, integration, system-level)
Build and maintain automated test frameworks with dockers
Support validation of OTA/FOTA and platform services
Analyze failures and drive root-cause resolution
Work closely with development teams to embed quality early

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science) with 5+ years of professional experience.

Strong experience in C++ and Linux
Solid background in software verification and testing
Experience with Python-based test automation
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
Understanding of SDV, OTA/FOTA, or embedded systems is highly desirable

Experience using Git for version control, CI/CD practices, and tools within the Azure DevOps ecosystem. Familiarity with automated deployment pipelines and versioning best practices.
Excellent customer-facing skills with a proactive approach, capable of understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions

Nice to Have:

AUTOSAR Adaptive, SOME/IP, DDS
Automotive Ethernet
Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic protocols (UDS, DoIP, SOVD) optionally with practical exposure
Exposure to Functional Safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity practices (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434, CRA)
