Job Title : PLM Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understand the assembly process and implement in PLM
• Align master data with assembly sequence
• Create and manage EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM structures
• variant creation for EBOM in Teamcenter
• Create and manage Bill of Process (BoP)
• Consuming MBOM under specific structure in Manufacturing process planning (MPP).
• Create and maintain 150% MBOM.
• Implement the engineering changes in ERP system.
• Identify and create the purchase levels.
• Proactively inform Product Planner and all stakeholders on new releases and engineering updates.
• Work with PA /Engineering teams as required
• To carry out all assigned tasks as necessary to achieve desired results and meet departmental goals.
• Provide regular project and status updates to Team Manager
• At least 4-6 Years experience in PLM Preferably Team Centre Manufacturing.
• Expertise in BOM Management (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM)
• Knowledge of Variant Configuration and Rules
• Experience with Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECN)
• Experience in Assembly process planning and sequencing
• Knowledge on ERP systems in handling and maintaining master data.
• Experience from relevant industry application - e.g., Mining Equipment / Automotive, or other relevant application preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder communication
• Attention to detail with high data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
