Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate people leader people leader and delivery manager to build and lead high-performing digital product teams in India supporting Epiroc’s global digitalization initiatives.
This role focuses on:

You will act as a servant leader, enabling teams to succeed by removing impediments, clarifying priorities, and fostering a strong delivery culture.
This role requires an understanding of IoT technologies, Fleet monitoring and management, Operations in heavy industry strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, mentoring and coaching as well as performance reviews for your teams. You will build and manage cross-functional agile teams with high competence in niche technical areas. You will encourage and nourish innovation in teams and be available to remove hinders that teams may face.

2. Agile Delivery Leadership

Promote engineering best practices (quality, CI/CD, automation) through influence—not direct execution
3. Coaching & Impediment Removal

Act as a servant leader and coach

Proactively identify and remove:

Delivery blockers

Cross-team dependencies

Organizational friction

Facilitate decision-making and alignment across stakeholders

Support teams in resolving ambiguity and prioritizing effectively
4. Product & Delivery Alignment

Partner closely with global Product Owners and stakeholders

Ensure clear translation of:

Business goals → Product backlog → Delivery outcomes

Guide prioritization and trade-offs to maximize business value

Maintain continuous alignment with product roadmaps and strategic objectives
5. Technical Leadership

Bring strong technical experience to:

Challenge assumptions

Guide solution direction

Support architectural discussions

Act as a bridge between business and engineering

Enable teams to make sound technical decisions independently

Technical uplift of teams and promote efficiency with new technologies such as AI in SDLC
6. Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary delivery owner for assigned teams

Build strong relationships with global stakeholders

Provide:

Clear progress updates

Risk visibility

Data-driven insights on delivery performance

Align expectations across distributed teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software engineering, product, or delivery roles
-
Proven experience as: Engineering Manager / Delivery Manager / Agile Lead OR Senior Tech Lead / Product Owner transitioning to leadership

Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
-
Demonstrated ability to lead teams without being hands-on
-
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:

Master’s degree in a related field.

Background and experience from Mining/Construction or similar industry

Experience working with global product organizations

Agile certifications
