Mission

• To provide value added technical information services based on the project or task assigned to him\her including component and assembly illustrations ensuring quality, on time delivery in full and efficiency with an objective of achieving customer satisfaction according to the set procedures and guidelines as applicable complying to all the required company policies and values

Job description

• Understand the assembly and disassembly sequence of components.
• Explode assemblies or trace assemblies in Isodraw and create illustrations.
• Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures and delivery of defect free output on-time
• Re-use the illustrations wherever possible and minimize the project lead time
• Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions
• Ensure following of Epiroc values, integrity, and nurture open culture
• Basic knowledge on Engineering change notice

Experience requirements

• Min 2-4 years of industrial experience in creating technical illustrations preferably in automotive or heavy engineering field.
• Should have completed degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experienced in Isodraw & Adobe illustrator tools.

Knowledge

• Good knowledge on Technical publication methodology and tools
• Should have a very good capability to analyse customer requirements
• Good engineering judgment and communication skills.
• Pro-e/Creo knowledge preferred.

Educational requirements

• Bachelors / Automobile /Other Engineering
