To provide technical leadership for SDV initiatives by shaping architecture, developing, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance vehicle software platforms aligned with business and product strategy.

Job Description:

The Technical Lead - SDV will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for SDV software components, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions across vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation of SDV software components
Own technical architecture and design decisions
Guide teams working on OTA/FOTA, middleware, and platform services
Review code, designs, and ensure adherence to engineering standards
Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence
Collaborate with Product Owner on roadmap and technical feasibility

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science) with 8+ years of professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience in C++ (modern C++) and Design Patterns
Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, J1939, Ethernet

Proficiency in debugging (using GDB) and performance optimization of embedded Linux–based distributed systems

Good working knowledge of Python, Linux, and Docker
Experience with OTA/FOTA systems and SDV architecture
Experience in embedded Linux or automotive platforms
Ability to balance technical depth and leadership

Nice to Have:

AUTOSAR Adaptive, SOME/IP, DDS
Automotive Ethernet
Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic protocols (UDS, DoIP, SOVD) optionally with practical exposure
Exposure to Functional Safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity practices (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434, CRA)
