ATR Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for all month end closing activities, in compliance with company accounting policies and the application of IFRS
• Establish proper level of controls over accounting and reporting processes
• Actively participate in policies and procedures implementation
• Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis by collecting necessary data
• Post journal entries and accounting corrections/reclassifications to ensure accurate accounting records
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and follow up on any open or un-reconciled items
• Analyze and prepare audit trail support for journal entries, as needed by auditors
• Assists in compliance and internal and external audit requirements.
• Actively participate on internal accounting and reporting projects
• Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by management
• Supports the Finance Hub Accounting Team in providing all documents required by auditors;
• Assists the ATR Team in the preparation and posting of fixed journals;
• Collaborates with the Accounting Team in providing solutions to issues highlighted during meetings
• Reconciles statements, accounts, inter-company data; 
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or another relevant degreeee.
• Graduate of Accountancy and with professional certification (CPA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in general accounting, preferably with audit background
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
