HR Business Partner

Main Accountabilities :
- Act as the local HR point of contact for the Philippines, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and Epiroc Group policies.
- Manage employee relations, HR communications, and coordination with internal stakeholders and the Regional HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, EEO, DOLE, and OSH requirements in coordination with SHEQ.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, the Employee Handbook, and Code of Discipline; escalate issues as required.
- Lead payroll, overtime, compensation, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor market practices and lead remuneration surveys and compensation-related projects.
- Manage salary review communications and respond to employee inquiries on compensation and benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely employee data updates with SSS, BIR, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, insurers, and third parties.
- Lead performance management, talent review, and development processes in coordination with regional HR.
- Oversee training needs analysis, training administration, and progress tracking.
- Manage manpower planning, job requisitions, and internal mobility processes.
- Draft job descriptions, salary ranges, and KPIs in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including interviews, assessments, reference checks, and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- Ensure effective onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems; support audits and data collection activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by providing feedback on HR policy effectiveness and collaborating with the regional HR team.
Qualifications:
- HR operations / HR business partner experience for at least 5 years in a global or multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippines labor law.
- Having experience in mining services industry would be an advantage.
