PHD Logistics Manager

Main Accountabilities: 

1. Led the local SCX team which consist of 3 peoples.
2. Collaborate and communicate with other departments in CC as well as good collaboration with divisions.
3. Manage the CC NWC by ensuring its KPI on availability, Inv % COGS, Inv cost % COGS and transportation cost % revenue are under control and meet the target.
4. Working together with regional SCX and other regional functions in related with sourcing, distribution, HR, legal, finance, sales and marketing.
5. Manage the SCX operations and ensuring the safety, zero accident, and sustainability.
6. Team development and build good relationship with internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

1. Good understanding the Epiroc business model, both for core and Fluidcon businesses.
2. Understand and familiar with Epiroc ERP system (iScala and GIM)
3. Experience and good understanding on inventory and warehouse managements.
4. Understand and hands on with practices on replenishment and redistribution processes.
5. Strong analytical skills and capabilities on critical thinking.
6. Hands on with Microsoft office programs (excel, words and power points).
7. Ability to speak and communicate in English.
8. Experience on managing more than 3 warehouses at the same time.
9. Good communication skills.
10. Good relation with CC, Divisions and other departments in Epiroc.
11. Willingness to learn and proactively find alternative solutions.
