This role involves working closely with international HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with both local and global payroll regulations. The specialist will manage payroll data, statutory reporting, and provide support to employees and clients worldwide while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for employees in the Philippines and other assigned global regions.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams across different countries to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Manage payroll inputs such as timekeeping, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting in each country handled.
Liaise with third-party payroll providers for international locations, ensuring service quality and accuracy.
Prepare, review, and validate payroll reports before disbursement.
Support employees and global clients with payroll-related inquiries.
Reconcile payroll accounts and assist Finance with audits and reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure data privacy across all systems.
Recommend process improvements and automation for efficiency in global payroll operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
At least 2–4 years of payroll experience, preferably with exposure to multi-country/global payroll.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations in the Philippines; familiarity with global payroll compliance is a plus.
Experience working with international payroll providers and HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, Oracle, or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel and data reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to work with international stakeholders.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of employee data.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of global payroll practices, tax laws, and employment regulations in multiple regions (e.g., APAC, EMEA, Americas).
Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is highly advantageous.
Ability to adapt to different time zones and work with cross-cultural teams.
